Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of CHF 25 per pet per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Please note that as a standard, your room will be cleaned after every fourth night. If youd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, just let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
